The licensed medical group behind your telehealth app, in all 50 states.
The short version: TrueEval can. TrueEval is the licensed medical group and clinical operating platform behind healthcare brands. TrueEval Medical Group PLLC supplies the licensed clinicians and the medical director, documented good faith exams and visits, and prescribing only when it is clinically appropriate and permitted in the patient's state, in all 50 states plus DC. Your brand keeps its name, its front end, its pricing, its marketing and the customer relationship.

What stays yours, and what the medical group holds
In both structures, clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician.
Your company keeps
- Your brand and its name
- Your front end: storefront, app, intake and checkout
- Your pricing and your marketing
- The customer and commercial relationship
TrueEval's medical group holds
- The licensed clinicians and the medical director
- The clinical relationship and the medical record, as the law requires
- Good faith exams, visits and prescribing decisions, made by the treating clinician
- The state-aware compliance rails: CPOM and PC-MSO structure, chart review and oversight
How it plugs into your stack
Two ways to run it. Keep your own front end and connect it through the documented API, or run the program on TrueEHR's own intake, scheduling and patient portal. Either way TrueEHR is the clinical system of record for the care TrueEval's clinicians deliver.
1.Catalog
Your storefront reads the treatment catalog from a versioned partner contract, so a change made in the admin is what the storefront shows.

2.Intake handoff
After your checkout, hand the patient off: the intake endpoints create the patient and the queue item, idempotent on your own order id, and return the links the patient continues with.

3.Status and events
Follow each patient through a status endpoint, or subscribe to HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks, delivered in order and at least once, for events such as visit.completed, prescription.dispatched and lab_results.available.

4.Records out
Patient records are addressable as FHIR R4 resources and exportable as C-CDA 2.1 or a complete FHIR Bundle, the formats a receiving EHR ingests.

API keys are scoped per organization and issued, with the base URL, during onboarding. The reference states what it does not claim: no throughput, volume or uptime numbers, and no security certification. Those belong in a signed agreement.

What is included
Licensed clinicians and medical direction
Clinicians practicing under TrueEval Medical Group PLLC, and a medical director licensed in your states, part of the clinical layer and never a name rented for a filing.
What medical direction includesGood faith exams and visits
Documented clinical encounters with an appropriately licensed clinician, in the format the patient's state permits for the treatment.
How good faith exams workState-aware prescribing workflows
Each patient is routed to a clinician licensed for the patient's location, and prescribing happens only when it is clinically appropriate and permitted in that state.
CPOM and PC-MSO structure
The medical group holds the medicine; your company runs the business, structured to each state's rules with your own healthcare counsel.

- 3
Agreement
You choose the partnership structure (Option A or Option B), and the agreement sets out what TrueEval operates, what stays with you, the states and specialties in scope, and any service-level expectations. Your counsel reviews it before you sign. In both structures, clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician.

Onboarding
Protocols, routing rules, clinical workflows and go-live checks. 3 to 7 days when your front end is already live, your scope is decided, and you are not waiting on LegitScript. Closer to 60 days when the funnel still has to be built, or you need LegitScript certification to advertise on Google or Meta — that runs four to five weeks through us and nobody can compress it.

Two partnership structures
With TrueEval as Merchant of Record, patients pay through a TrueEval-approved payment rail. The clinical (professional) portion stays with TrueEval's medical group, and the brand's management company is paid under its management services agreement.
Option A · preferred
TrueEval as Merchant of Record
TrueEval serves as Merchant of Record, combining patient billing, clinical care, prescribing and pharmacy coordination in one integrated operating structure.
Best fit: Partners seeking turnkey operations with an integrated patient billing and clinical care experience.
Option B
Partner-owned Merchant of Record
The partner keeps its own merchant account and patient billing. TrueEval supplies the clinical infrastructure behind the partner's brand, supported by a prefunded service balance.
The partner maintains a rolling prepaid balance for medical visits and pharmacy fulfillment. Launch, Growth and Established tiers scale the required balance and replenishment trigger to expected activity. TrueEval does not extend credit.
Best fit: Established brands that already manage checkout, subscriptions and payment processing.
