TrueEval

Five stages. Each one ends on a condition, not a date.

Onboarding runs 7 to 60 days. Where you land is set by how far along your business is, not by anything on our side — we are the medical group and the provider network, already licensed and operating, so there is nothing for you to license, credential or build clinically.

  • Scoping — ends when the scope is agreed in writing. You decide what you sell, where, and at what price
  • Clinical structure — ends when the entity and named clinical leadership are in place for your states. Nothing here waits on you: you do not license, credential or hire anyone clinical
  • Protocols and clinical workflow — ends when the medical director has approved the protocols for your program
  • Integration — ends when a test encounter completes end to end. TrueEHR, or your existing front end through a versioned API, webhooks, FHIR R4 and C-CDA
  • Go-live checks — ends when the medical director signs off and traffic can point at it

What decides your timeline

A live front end for patients to land on. LegitScript certification, if you intend to advertise on Google or Meta — four to five weeks through us. Someone running your marketing. A decided scope: what you sell, where, and at what price.

The two ends

Closer to 7 days when your front end is already live, your scope is decided, and you are not waiting on LegitScript. Closer to 60 days when the funnel still has to be built, or you need LegitScript certification to advertise on Google or Meta — that runs four to five weeks through us and nobody can compress it.

How this is sold

These are not sold separately. They are what your clinical layer includes when it runs on TrueEval, scoped to your program, your states and your specialties.
