How it works

Patient Intake: Patient completes a comprehensive health questionnaire tailored to their condition and treatment goals. Clinical Review: An appropriately licensed clinician reviews the patient's submitted history, symptoms, and available records. Clinical Encounter: The clinician conducts the evaluation using the modality permitted for that program and jurisdiction; prescribing occurs only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Treatment & Documentation: The encounter is documented, and the clinician records the care plan and any prescription issued when appropriate.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a Good Faith Exam and a full clinical visit?

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a regulatory requirement for telehealth prescribing — many platforms treat it as a quick checkbox. TrueEval goes beyond GFE clearance by conducting full clinical encounters: thorough evaluations, medical history review, treatment planning, and prescribing when clinically appropriate. Every visit establishes a real provider-patient relationship.

How quickly can a clinical visit be completed?

Visit timing and modality are scoped to the program, jurisdiction, clinical needs, and clinician availability. The engagement defines any service-level expectations; the public website does not promise a universal turnaround.

Are your providers licensed in all 50 states?

TrueEval supports programs across all 50 states plus DC. Exact clinician, specialty, modality, and prescribing availability depends on the program, jurisdiction, licensure, and clinical appropriateness.
