All TrueEval medical directors are board-certified physicians with active licenses in the states where they serve. We assign one whose specialty fits your operation — weight loss, hormone therapy, aesthetics, mental health, or another area — so the clinical expertise is relevant rather than nominal.

How long does it take to get a medical director assigned?

Medical direction is part of onboarding onto TrueEval rather than a separate placement you wait on — the physicians are already board-certified and credentialed under our medical group. Onboarding overall runs 7 to 60 days, and where you land is set by how far along your business is, not by anything on our side.

Can one medical director cover multiple states?

Yes, many of our medical directors hold licenses in multiple states. For operations spanning many states, we can assign a primary medical director supplemented by additional physicians to ensure full coverage across all your target markets.
