TrueEval

What a Medical Group Behind Your Brand Actually Does

TrueEval is the licensed medical group and clinical operating platform behind healthcare brands. It supplies the regulated clinical layer underneath the brand: the professional entity, licensed providers and medical oversight, clinical visits and prescribing, the medical record, labs and pharmacy coordination, and state-aware compliance. The brand keeps its name, pricing, marketing and customer relationship.

What the medical group supplies

TrueEval is the licensed medical group and clinical operating platform behind healthcare brands. We supply the licensed providers and medical oversight, the clinical visits and prescribing, TrueEHR and the clinical technology, scheduling and clinical workflows, labs and diagnostics, Rx and pharmacy coordination, and the state-aware compliance rails underneath all of it. You own the brand and the commercial relationship. We run the medicine. The professional entity the law requires in each state where the program operates. Licensed providers credentialed in the patient's state, and medical oversight of their care. Real clinical visits: history, clinical decision-making and, where appropriate, prescribing. The medical record, held by the professional entity as the law requires. Labs, diagnostics and pharmacy coordination. Clinical protocols kept current as boards, statutes and rules change.

A medical group, a staffing arrangement and a software platform are different things

A staffing arrangement supplies clinicians and leaves the clinical structure and its compliance with the brand. A software platform supplies the technology and relies on a separate clinical entity for the medicine. A medical group is the licensed practice itself: the providers practice under it, and the clinical responsibility sits with it because that is what the license carries. TrueEval is the medical group, with its own clinical platform (TrueEHR) underneath. A brand can use TrueEHR or keep its own front end and integrate.

What the brand keeps

Your brand, Your pricing, Your marketing, The customer relationship. It is the same person in two different relationships. They are your customer — you own the brand, the pricing and everything you say to them. They are the professional entity's patient, and the clinical relationship and the medical record sit there, because the law puts them there.

Where it operates

TrueEval supports clinical programs across all 50 states plus DC. The exact clinician, specialty, visit modality and prescribing availability is scoped to the program, the jurisdiction, licensure and clinical appropriateness.

How partnerships are structured

TrueEval supports two partnership structures. TrueEval as Merchant of Record is the preferred turnkey model. Established operators may keep their own merchant account and patient billing while using TrueEval's clinical infrastructure. Pricing is scoped to your program: the states, specialties, and parts of the clinical stack you need. You get your quote in writing on the first call, before you sign anything, with no state or volume minimums.

A note on advice

This guide is general information, not legal advice. Corporate practice of medicine rules, fee-splitting rules and licensing requirements differ by state; an operator should have its own healthcare counsel review entity structure and contracts.
