As a Collaborating Physician with TrueEval, you provide medical oversight and chart-review support to our Nurse Practitioner team under executed collaboration agreements. This is a flexible, remote 1099 engagement focused on compliant physician oversight, not independent patient care.

Responsibilities
Maintain written collaborative or supervisory agreements with assigned NPs as required by state law Be available for consultation by phone, secure messaging, or video Conduct chart reviews at the frequency required by applicable state law Sign and renew collaborative agreements as required
