Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth
As a Nurse Practitioner with TrueEval, you deliver telehealth-based patient care within your scope of practice across our service lines, including weight management and TRT/HRT, as a 1099 independent contractor with flexible, fully remote scheduling.

Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth evaluations (synchronous and asynchronous) within your scope of practice and TrueEval protocols Evaluate, diagnose, and build individualized treatment plans across service lines Prescribe in accordance with applicable state and federal law Document every encounter accurately and promptly in the EHR Operate under an executed MD collaboration agreement where required by state law
