Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the clinical team Manage patient messaging so every message is answered fully and promptly Support providers with intake review, follow-ups, and documentation Assist with lab orders, pharmacy coordination, and patient follow-up Maintain accurate records in the EHR and strict HIPAA compliance
