Methodology

The TrueEval Telehealth Enforcement Index aggregates official U.S. enforcement data for the substances most relevant to telehealth operators (GLP-1s, compounded drugs, hormones, ketamine, peptides). Source data: the FDA drug-enforcement database via the openFDA API and Drug Enforcement Administration actions via the Federal Register API, both queried live. Score = (Class I recalls × 3) + (Class II × 2) + (Class III × 1) + (DEA controlled-substance actions × 2) over the trailing 12 months. A higher score indicates greater enforcement pressure.
